Brief Project Description: Menlo Park Hotel Renovation and Extension

The Menlo Park Hotel in Terryland underwent a significant renovation and extension to enhance its offerings and adapt to changing market demands. This project involved the conversion and extension of the ground floor conference and function rooms to create 12 new hotel rooms, in response to the impact of recent changes in the local road layout on the hotel’s operations. Additionally, the renovation included the establishment of a new gym and therapy treatment rooms, the demolition of the existing ground floor foyer, and an expansion of the bar and lounge area, which featured a new sheltered outdoor seating space. Four existing hotel rooms also had their floor area increased, further contributing to the hotel’s enhanced guest experience.
