Colin Burke Electrical have been involved in this Design & Build project with JJRhatigan since it began last year, in conjunction with JV Tierney & Co. Consulting Engineers. It comprises 4 multi-storey blocks of 674 bed spaces across 125 apartments in total.

We have been responsible for the installation of all electrical services including

• MV Switchgear & transformer
• PV Solar System 470KW
• Fibre and data installation
• Lighting general services
• Access control system
• Fire alarm
• Disabled refuge
• Building Management System (BMS) wiring.

Phase 1 was completed in January 2023, with Phase 2 completed in August of the same year.
